These cherry tomatoes, like their bigger cousins, have a firmer flesh than most tomatoes and this makes them perfect to use when you don't want or need lots of moisture. They are great in any sauteed dish you are creating, in a salad, and are perfect on your homemade pizzas. You could even make your own tomato sauce! The vines are prolific producers, often having over 10 fruit on each individual bunch. Cherry Roma tomato plants are an indeterminate variety, meaning a trellis needs to be provided for them to climb.
