Ginger Rhizomes

Green Mignonette Seeds
Green Mignonette is a delicious loose leaf salad lettuce. The beauty of growing your own loose leaf lettuce is you just pick the leaves you need and the plant keeps growing additional leaves, you don't have to pick the whole lettuce and have half it spoil in the fridge.
This lettuce can be grown in a pot if you are limited for space, though it will grow bigger when planted in the garden.

Italian Parsley Seeds
Italian Parsley, (also known as Flat Leaf Parsley), is easy to grow and a very useful herb. Unlike curly-leaf parsley, which is largely just used as a garnish, Italian Parsley is used in a huge variety of dishes. Fresh from the garden is best for most recipes though it can be dried for use in stews and soups.
High in vitamin C and A, with a fresh flavour that will enhance many dishes, Italian Parsley will be a welcome addition to any herb and vegetable patch.

Kent Pumpkin Seeds
Kent Pumpkins have a great sweet flavour and are an Australian favourite. Very easy to grow, they are a good backyard veggie patch pumpkin.

Lemon Drop Tomato Seeds
As the name suggests, these cherry tomatoes turn yellow when they ripen, and they taste as good as they look. In our experience the caterpillars seem to completely ignore these fruit, preferring to head to the red varieties in the garden. They look amazing in a salad, and they burst with the flavour that you just can't get from store bought tomatoes.
Lemon Drop is an indeterminate variety so you need to provide a trellis for them to climb. See our 'Tomato Growing Instructions' for a way to make your own free, simple and effective trellis.

Mini Bell Pepper Seeds
These Mini Bell Peppers (also known as Capsicum Wings) are easy to grow, look fabulous in the garden and taste terrific.
They are perfect to add flavour and colour in a stir fry, added to a pizza, or stuffed and baked for canapes; basically anything where you would usually use capsicum.
The plants are prolific producers and the fruit has a sweet flavour very similar to a typical capsicum, though with a very mild heat if a few seeds sneak into your dish. They can be eaten green or when they turn red.
Like most bell peppers, these plants are short to mid term perennials, when grown in mild/warm climates. We have plants that are over three years old and still produce large crops. In cool areas grow them as annuals.
